Job summary

Hutson Inc. is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians to service and repair large agricultural equipment both on the road and in the shop. Road Technicians will operate with a company vehicle and provide field service across the heartland, performing diagnostics and maintenance per manufacturer manuals.

The role offers hourly pay from $20 to $40, with a $1,250 tool allowance, uniform allowance, PTO, and other benefits. Overtime is available and travel includes a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
