Job summary

Hutson Inc. in Indiana seeks Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain large agricultural and turf equipment, focusing on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. You will perform advanced diagnostics and field service as needed.

Road and Shop Technicians receive a company vehicle, $20-$40 hourly pay (based on level), a $1,250 annual tool allowance, uniform allowance, overtime, a fuel card and immediate PTO accrual, with a culture focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform advanced repairs using manuals.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment.

About The Position

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
