Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners(AVE-PLP, LLC) are seeking a motivated Service Technician – Level 0 for a 6-month onboarding period. You will perform basic diagnostics and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment, reporting to the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some repair experience. You will train on John Deere and related systems, with safety and quality focused on every task.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of service repair experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen.
• Forklift license preferred or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow Technical Manual procedures during repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain contact with customers about work performed.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, inventory, and a clean work area.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
