Blanchard Equipment Company, Inc in Georgia is seeking a Sales Representative to sell new and used agricultural and turf equipment to local customers. You will represent John Deere and other brands and develop relationships in the defined sales area.

The role includes conducting field demonstrations, managing customer accounts, and staying current on financing options. You will collaborate with other departments to promote all product offerings and services.

Formación

• 1+ years equipment sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Represents the company for the sale of John Deere, Polaris, Bush Hog, Amadas and other equipment to customers in a defined sales area.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment saleable by the dealership.
• Monitors competitive activity and communicates to management.
• Maintains all customer information in the assigned territory for sales management.
• Knows and follows a defined sales process.
• Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with customer events and conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitors trends in customer business activities and communicates to management.
• Maintains knowledge of financing options to assist customers with purchases.
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
• Executes the customer account management approach.
• Works with other locations and departments to promote all product offerings and services.
