Job summary

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Agricultural Sprayer Operator to join our team in the Upper Midwest, with duties across central/eastern North Dakota, western Minnesota, and northern South Dakota. You will operate sprayers and spreaders, calibrate equipment, and support the agronomy team.

The role requires spraying or large farm equipment experience (trainable), CDL and Spray License or ability to obtain them, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Spraying or large farm equipment experience preferred (will train)
• Mechanically inclined and tech-capable
• CDL and Spray License (or ability to get both)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preference for candidates with ties to the region

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayers/spreaders to apply fertilizer and crop protection
• Maintain and calibrate equipment
• Work closely with the agronomy team
