Job summary

North Dakota Ag Connection is seeking an Agricultural Sprayer Operator to join our field team in the Upper Midwest, serving central/eastern North Dakota, western Minnesota, and northern South Dakota. You will operate sprayers and spreaders, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with the agronomy group to support local growers.

The role offers hourly pay with overtime, comprehensive benefits, and potential relocation assistance in a regional, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sprayers or large farm equipment (will train).
• CDL and Spray License or ability to obtain both.
• Mechanically inclined and tech-capable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preference for candidates with ties to the region.

JOB TITLE: AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER OPERATOR

Pay: $20 $25/hr + Overtime + Acreage Bonus
