The Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager (AgRM) serves as the primary financial advisor and relationship manager for agricultural business clients, developing new business relationships, deepening existing client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals and long-term success. AgRMs take a holistic approach to relationship management, leveraging partnerships across the bank to provide customized lending, treasury management, payments, deposit, credit card, and wealth solutions that support both business and personal needs. They maintain overall ownership of the client relationship, coordinate specialized resources across U.S. Bank, and deliver a seamless, client-centered experience while growing and managing the agricultural business portfolio.

Pay Range: $114,750.00 - 140,250.00. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
