Position Summary:
Agricultural Recovery Worker will perform cleanup and recovery operations on disaster-damaged agricultural lands within the declared disaster area. Work focuses on cleaning, repair, and renovation of flood-damaged farms and facilities designed to restore productive capacity and mitigate economic impacts before the critical planting/growing season.
This is a project-based position funded through 9 months, with the possibility of extension (depending on funding). This position is expected to be 100% onsite performing Disaster Relief Employment work. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Sno-Valley Farms or Chinook Farms.
