Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies is seeking a full-time, exempt Sales - Equipment representative in Mershon, GA. The role focuses on selling machinery to new and existing customers, maintaining product knowledge, and conducting field demonstrations in a defined sales area.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of agricultural equipment sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and flexibility to work varied hours. The position requires ability to analyze basic sales reports and stay current with financing

Qualifications

• 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area. Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment saleable by the dealership.
• Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly.
• Maintainssales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
• Conductsnew equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
• Maintains current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attendsapplicable sales training events/seminars
• Andother duties as assigned
