Job summary

Esch Manufacturing in Leola, PA is seeking an Agricultural Equipment Design Engineer to turn ideas into durable, easy-to-operate no-till drills and wildlife equipment. You’ll design in CAD, generate drawings, and collaborate with shop fabricators to bring rugged machines to life.

You’ll apply practical mechanical understanding, attention to dimensions, and a collaborative spirit to deliver safe, cost-effective equipment built to last. Training available for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

• Create CAD models, production drawings, and parts lists.
• Perform engineering calculations to support safe, reliable designs.
• Develop new equipment and improve existing machines.
• Design with durability, manufacturing cost, service access, and ease of operation in mind.
• Collaborate with our entire team, including shop fabricators, to develop and build rugged equipment with innovative, practical features.
