Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Diesel Technology or related field (preferred).
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Promotes and sells service department work, inspections, and parts.
• Participates in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Completes all job notes and uses digital timecard accurately.
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Keeps work area, vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follows safety procedures and works in a safe manner.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
