Job summary

EBM Corporation is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator for an 18‑month assignment in Yankton, SD. The role is non‑exempt, hourly, with 45+ hours weekly and a path to permanency for the right candidate.

Candidates must live within 30 miles of the job site and enjoy field work, OSHA safety, and coordinating crews with the project manager. Responsibilities include scheduling, materials/equipment prep, daily activity coordination, and ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Some construction site experience preferred; training available for right candidate.
• English fluency required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities at agricultural construction sites.
• Schedule tasks, prepare materials/equipment, and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate updates to project manager, crew, and subcontractors.
