MFA Incorporated’s Agri Services Lamar location is hiring a Laborer to help with feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply operations. You’ll support multiple areas, learn on the job, and contribute to safe, efficient day-to-day tasks in a collaborative team environment.

We value hard work, physical stamina, and a willingness to grow across Agri-Service areas through cross-training. Overtime and weekend availability are often required, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer-focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and maneuver product/equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Support all areas of the business in accordance with company policy.
• Participate in cross-training and skill development.
