Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is recruiting an Agreement Specialist to review and triage escalation requests in your region and negotiate Clinical Trial Research Agreements, Amendments, Assignments and Facility Use Agreements. You will follow SOPs, internal policies, and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant completion of tasks, with a strong focus on communication, analytics, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a JD preferred; paralegal experience considered.
• Minimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, internal policies, and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant completion of responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and flexible approach, with willingness to support colleagues based on business needs.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement, increased efficiency, and greater clarity.
• Experience with AI-enabled processes and tools, or willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

You will negotiate different types of Agreements including but not limited to the following: Clinical Trial Research Agreements, Amendments, Assignments and Facility Use Agreements.

Your Profile

You bring relevant pharmaceutical contracting experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred. Relevant paralegal experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
