Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in Phoenix is hiring Full‑Time Handyman / Home Service Technicians to serve the East Valley and Central Valley including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee. The role emphasizes aging‑in‑place work and professional in‑home service delivery.

You should bring 5–10+ years of multi-trade handyman experience (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting), plus comfort using service-management platforms and basic estimating. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hands-on handyman experience across multiple trades.
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Experience working with seniors, veterans, and mobility challenges.
• Technical background with hands-on use of service-management platforms.
• Familiarity with job costing, work orders, and service workflows.
• Ability to assist with estimating based on job scope and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general home repairs.
• Install grab bars, handrails, ramps and other mobility aids.
• Work inside occupied homes with professionalism and respect.
• Prepare work areas, maintain cleanliness and organize tools.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
• Use service-management platforms to manage jobs and invoices.
• Assist with job scoping and basic estimating when needed.
• Represent TruBlue as a trusted in-home professional.
