• Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their potential applications.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and facilitation skills.
• A high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in change management principles and techniques.
• Experience with requirements management and defining KPIs.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles.
• Ability to influence and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champion and implement Agile methodologies across various teams, ensuring adherence to principles and practices.
• Actively listen to team members and stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills in areas such as requirements management, data analysis, and new technologies.
• Apply analytical acumen and data analysis techniques to identify areas for business process improvements and measure KPIs.
• Drive and support digital transformation initiatives, understanding the impact of AI and other emerging technologies.
• Provide empathetic coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and self-organization.
• Manage change effectively within teams, guiding them through transitions and ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
• Engage in requirements management to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective execution of project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks through robust risk management strategies and proactive problem-solving.
• Cultivate strong relationships and exert stakeholder influence to gain buy-in and support for team objectives and initiatives.
