General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a SCRUM Master Advisor to guide engineering teams in delivering secure, mission-critical software. You’ll coordinate scrum events, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Hybrid work in Herndon, VA; requires TS/SCI with polygraph and a Bachelor's with Agile cert or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related experience and proficiency with Jira are expected.

• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and use of Jira

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
