Job summary

Cymertek Corporation seeks a Scrum Master / Systems Engineer in Honolulu, HI to lead agile practices and drive system solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and align the team with agile principles while applying systems engineering analysis and design to project work.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to deliver high‑quality results in a fast-paced federal contracting environment. TS/SCI Full Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to remove impediments and protect the team.
• Experience with systems analysis and design.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation.
