Healing Strides Counseling is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for cross-functional teams in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role focuses on ensuring Scrum practices, removing impediments, and enabling continuous improvement across business and technology stakeholders.

The candidate will coach teams, work closely with Product Owners, and report on Agile metrics while navigating BFSI governance requirements. Prior BFSI exposure is a plus; local on-site presence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe helpful).
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with onshore/offshore client stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in BFSI regulated environments preferred.

• Support release planning and cross-team alignment.
