Job summary

A leading food retailer is seeking an Agile RTE & Program Manager II. This role is responsible for managing complex Agile and Waterfall programs while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead Agile transformations and coach teams on Agile processes and methodologies. Candidates should have significant experience in project/program management and a Master's degree in a related field. The position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
• 5+ years of experience on Agile Projects as an RTE.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile and Waterfall programs of $20M or less.
• Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Agile processes.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to support financial cadences.
