Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for multi-disciplinary engineering programs in Charlotte, NC. You will manage schedules, dependencies, and risk, while coaching teams on Scrum practices and driving executive reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, Jira expertise, and strong scheduling skills. On-site work in Charlotte, with opportunities to build dashboards using Power BI and integrate data from Jira, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) credential.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Jira Expertise and agile portfolio reporting.
• Strong scheduling experience including CPM/IMS.
• Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule and resource planning.
• Risk management and executive reporting.
• Power BI and SQL (preferred).
• Excel Power Pivot and executive dashboards.
• Able to challenge the team when dates are unrealistic.
• Clear communication with leadership.
• Strong facilitation skills and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to work across business and IT.

• Develop sprint metrics and dashboards (Power BI).

• Create automated KPI reporting.
• Coach agile practices across teams.

Pay Range

$75,000 to $90,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
