Job summary

Revolutional, LLC in McLean, VA is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for government projects. You will manage scope, schedule, quality, and cross-functional teams, interfacing with Government Technical Representative.

The role emphasizes risk identification, execution discipline, and sprint-by-sprint delivery, with a focus on meeting contractual commitments and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years PM experience or 8+ years in relevant roles.
  • Proven experience managing Agile delivery in federal environments.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects.
  • Active Public Trust clearance preferred; ability to obtain/maintain required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Own contract execution and technical delivery performance.
  • Drive Agile execution across Scrum teams (planning, sprint execution, delivery tracking).
  • Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation.

  • Maintain delivery artifacts, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting (status, KPIs, earned value).
  • Lead stakeholder communication and decision-making forums.
  • Improve delivery processes and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Coach and hold team members accountable for performance and outcomes.

Position Description

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager (PM) that is accountable for end-to-end delivery, scope, schedule, quality, and team performance. This Agile PM will serve as the primary interface to government leadership while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver against contractual commitments.

In this position, the Agile PM will be expected to identify risk early, enforce execution discipline, and ensure teams deliver measurable results sprint over sprint.

  • Proven experience managing Agile delivery in federal environments.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects.
  • Active Public Trust clearance is preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a Public is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
