Job summary

Assurant, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high-visibility Dynamic Fulfillment platform. You will own the product backlog, drive roadmap delivery, and manage API integrations with client teams.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Delivery to translate client needs into clear requirements, guide delivery, and ensure successful implementations in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile Product Ownership, Implementation Management, Service Delivery, or related roles.
• Strong client stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and implementation planning.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and perform under aggressive timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accountability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and client needs into user stories, requirements, and actionable priorities.
• Influence prioritization decisions using business value, contractual commitments, and customer impact.
• Drive adoption of approved AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and decision making.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile Product Ownership, Implementation Management, Service Delivery, or related roles.
• Strong client stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and implementation planning.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and perform under aggressive timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accountability mindset.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Agile, Product Owner, or Product Management certifications.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, retail technology, insurance technology, or digital platforms.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar backlog management platforms.
• Experience supporting client implementations and managing escalations.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve product delivery processes.

Location & Travel

• Expected collaboration during Eastern Time business hours.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
