Job summary
EOA Technologies is seeking a Business Process Engineer to serve as Scrum Master for a cross-functional government contracting team. You will facilitate all agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach on Agile practices, and drive enterprise-wide process improvements across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor’s in IT or business, and 5+ years as a Scrum Master plus 7+ years in BPR, including experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
- Seven years of BPR experience required.
- Five+ years as Scrum Master for software teams.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps).
- Experience in government contracting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and agile cadences.
- Remove impediments to team productivity.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles.
- Track velocity, burndown, and sprint health.
- Shield the team from interruptions and scope creep.
- Lead continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Coordinate cross-team integration of reengineering efforts.
- Document initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Define and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with standards and customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers and developers on integrations.
- Apply process analysis, reengineering, and change management.
