Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC seeks a PLM professional to support Agile PLM in client projects, focusing on change management, BOM structuring, and data creation for PLM databases.

You will help ensure accuracy of AML/APL data and support lifecycle activities from design to manufacturing, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on document control and project requests.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM tools and BOM management in a product environment.
• Knowledge of AML/APL and change control processes for engineering releases.
• Ability to create and validate PLM database content (item master data, BOMs, change records).

Responsibilities

• Provide development and testing support for Agile PLM in client projects.
• Create, drive and manage engineering change orders and deviations as requested.
• Assist in BOM structuring and ensuring AML/APL alignment across life cycles.

Job description

• PLM tool specific need of Agile PLM : Nice to have PTC Arena PLM Tool Support, PLM Tool Support: Providing development and testing support for Agile in connection with Client project requests.
• Change Management: – Creating, driving, and managing engineering change orders, manufacturer change orders, deviations, and other configuration management activities requested by client. – Researching product change impact to ensure issue resolution prior to document finalization.
• Bill of Materials (“BOM”) Management: – Supporting the creation of off-the-shelf and custom part numbers, structuring BOM, and managing their readiness for all build phases and product life cycles, adhering to clients universal process notation document control standards. – Ensure accuracy of BOM with respect to approved manufacturer list (“AML”) and approved vendor list (“APL”) information, including manufacturer part numbers, specifications, Restriction of Hazardous Substances certificates, and other applicable reports or records designated by Client. Confirm with Client that the BOM, specifications and related information is accurate before entering into Agile.
• PLM Database Content Creation: Creating content for the Agile PLM database, including item master data, BOM configurations, AML, APL, change requests, change orders, and deviation object
