GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer in Antioch, Tennessee. As a casual Security Officer – Response, you’ll adapt to changing missions, perform customer service, patrols, and surveillance with agility and precision.

This part-time role offers a set schedule with Day shifts, an $18.00 per hour wage, benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State licensure if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
