Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate agile leader to join our team as an Agile Methodology Lead. The mission is to collaborate across teams and business units to ensure Product Owners and Analysts are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in an agile, product-driven environment. You will help design and maintain training programs, coach colleagues, and foster a culture that embraces agility and a product operating model.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, implement, and refine agile and product owner methodologies, aligning them with design thinking principles and customer-centric success criteria. Maintain and update agile playbooks and capability frameworks.
  2. Act as a champion for agile practices, working closely with leadership and teams to promote awareness, adoption, and continuous improvement of agile principles and standards.
  3. Develop strategies for adopting agile methodologies across business units and foster partnerships to support organizational agility through training and coaching.
  4. Lead the development of training programs to facilitate smooth transformation and increase awareness of agile practices across teams.
  5. Potentially coach senior leaders and other agile coaches to ensure alignment with transformation goals and help identify and resolve organizational impediments to agility.
  6. Share best practices, build a network of practitioners, and stay current on industry trends and competitor practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, design thinking, product management, and business processes, typically gained through a relevant Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is required.
  • Knowledge of relevant domains, products, or customer journeys is a plus.
  • Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP or similar are preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale agile transformations in various contexts.
  • Strong ability to foster teamwork, stakeholder relationships, and coach at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence organizational decisions.
