Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or technical project manager on software product teams.
• Experience facilitating across internal and vendor or contractor teams.
• Strong written communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the internal engineering team.
• Coordinate cadence and rituals across teams.
• Maintain and groom the backlog in collaboration with product management.
