Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an Agile Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager to lead rapid discovery and evidence-based decision flow for VA modernization initiatives. Hybrid model with ~25% onsite at Tysons, VA or Washington, DC.

The role coordinates discovery, experiments, and decision points across technical and non-technical work to accelerate delivery. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, manages capacity and risk, and produces reusable findings for future VA initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agile delivery, technical program management, or related work.
• Experience managing intake pipelines, experiments, or rapidly changing portfolios.
• Strong backlog, dependency, capacity, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, backlog flow, and delivery cadence for rapid-turn initiatives.
• Coordinate discovery, experiments, prototypes, and decision points.
• Track cycle time, throughput, blockers, and capacity.
• Bring cross-disciplinary teams into work at the right time.
• Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
