Job summary

IntelliBee in Lansing, MI is seeking a Business System Analyst to join an Agile team with heavy Azure DevOps usage. The role centers on gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for developers and QA.

The position involves creating process flows, user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinating with PMO and stakeholders, and supporting UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience or similar tool usage.
• 3+ years of as-is/to-be processes and content creation experience.
• 3+ years of BA/QA tools experience (e.g., FIGMA, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
• Support UAT and coordinate with business partners.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
