Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting software development, applications, or tech transitions.
- Experience in Agile software development environments.
- Experience eliciting, gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements.
- Experience coordinating reviews and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and user stories.
- Produce detailed requirements documentation with process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate peer reviews of requirements and user stories.
- Validate requirements with customers and stakeholders and obtain sign-off.
- Support QA/testing and traceability throughout implementation.
- Assist with change requests and scope management.
