Job summary

CalPortland is seeking an Aggregate Plant Manager in California to lead daily operations at our mining and materials facility. You will drive production efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance while coordinating mining and processing activities for reliable aggregate supply to cement, concrete, and asphalt products.

In this role you will manage a team of operators and technicians, collaborate with engineering and logistics, and champion continuous improvement and sustainability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aggregate/plant operations.
• Experience leading mining/processing teams.
• Knowledge of cement, concrete, and asphalt supply chains.
