Minnesota DOT is seeking a Materials Lab Technician to perform basic, standardized testing of construction materials and accurately record results for project teams. The role also involves assisting with maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure precise data and safe operations.

Ideal candidates have related roadway experience, a four-year engineering- or geomatics-related degree, and the required certification set, with educational substitutions allowed for one year of experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in roadway construction, engineering support or roadways maintenance areas.
• Education coursework may substitute for one year of experience with transcripts.
• Must have Aggregate Production Tester certification and MnDOT technical certifications within a year.

Responsabilités
