Casella Construction in North Clarendon, VT seeks an Aggregate Heavy Equipment Operator to join our quarry team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating Saturday shifts. You will operate crushers, excavators, loaders and support safe, efficient production.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mining or heavy industrial ops, welding/fabrication skills, and a strong safety record. High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred.
Casella Construction is seeking to hire an Aggregate Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Aggregate Team in North Clarendon, VT. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts. The quarry crush stone operation shuts down January through February for maintenance, training, and regulatory requirements.
As Aggregate Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in quarry operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. You will be responsible for advanced equipment operation, keeping up with production needs, being a team player and coordinating management to meet operational goals. This position requires extensive experience in mining or a related industry.

Casella Construction offers competitive wages and a full benefits package to eligible employees that includes:
$20.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
This range reflects the base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this position at the time of posting, considering current market conditions and industry benchmarks.
