Role Description

The Agentic Systems Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support agentic and automation-driven workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, creating system architectures, configuring and administering infrastructure, and integrating services to support intelligent agents and operational pipelines. The engineer will monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, respond to incidents, and collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues. The role also involves documenting system designs, contributing to standards and best practices, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering skills, including Systems Engineering and Systems Design for complex, distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with System Administration and Technical Support, managing and maintaining production systems.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting across infrastructure, applications, and integrations, using diagnostic tools and logs.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and configuration management tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems (Linux/Unix), and security best practices.
