Job summary

Skydweller in Oklahoma City is offering a part-time, 1-year internship to support the development of an Agentic AI system for flight operations and optimization of long-endurance UAS.

You will work with aerospace, software, and AI engineers to prototype AI-driven tools, analyze telemetry and weather data, and validate prototypes within Skydweller's R&D environment, gaining practical experience at the intersection of AI and aerospace engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in CS or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Experience in AI/agent or aerospace R&D is a plus.
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, deep learning) or data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based tools and AI workflows.
• Assist with data preparation, system testing, and validation.
• Document code, workflows, and system architecture.
• Participate in agile development cycles, design reviews, and technical discussions.
