Job summary

UST in Oregon seeks an Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems Engineer who will develop and optimize multi-agent AI workloads. You will work with agent frameworks, evaluate models, and ensure efficient execution from software to GPU hardware.

Ideal candidates have strong Python and C/C++, Linux expertise, and hands-on experience with agent orchestration and deployment. The role offers full-time compensation with competitive benefits in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
2–4 years of platform debug experience with BIOS/FW/platform ingredients.
Strong Linux development and debugging skills.
Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent workloads.
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Responsibilities

Design scalable multi-agent AI systems with agent frameworks.
Evaluate models and inference engines according to workload requirements.
Debug and optimize performance across the full stack: agent model inference engine hardware.
Benchmark and profile AI workloads to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate on the complete execution path from agent logic through GPU hardware.
