Siemens AG’s Intelligence Center X (ICX) seeks an ICX Engineer to lead ideation and creation of agentic AI engagements. You will model business problems as an enterprise ontology, build agents, and deliver working AI solutions with compelling customer value.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing technical communication — running sessions with stakeholders.
• Data engineering and analytics across enterprise data landscapes.
• Modern data and AI platforms experience (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, GCloud, AWS).
• Agentic AI design and tool use (LLMs, retrieval, MCP).
• Agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
• Enterprise ontology modelling and practical data science work.
• FDE/presales or innovative professional services experience.
• Technical consulting for clients at a consultancy or SI.
• Industry exposure in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and creation of ICX engagements.

• Deliver a working agentic application with a solid business case.
• Collaborate with sales teams and strategic partners.
