Job summary

OH-SO Digital GmbH is a startup digital agency seeking AI/Agentic Engineers to join a fast‑moving team. You will build LLM integrations, agents, and RAG pipelines, turning models into production‑grade tools used by real clients.

You’ll write tests, design guardrails, and collaborate with designers and strategists across projects. We hire across levels, from junior to senior, with ownership of end‑to‑end AI features and a culture that values practical execution over theory.

Qualifications

• Experience building with LLMs or AI systems in production – integration, agents, RAG, or similar.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript, and confidence designing and working with APIs.
• A habit of treating prompt engineering as a code discipline – with evaluation, guardrails, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM integrations, agents, and RAG pipelines that scale under real users and load.
• Develop evaluation harnesses to prove quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end AI features and guardrails.
