Job summary

RTX ARLINGTON is seeking researchers to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and planning. You will build Python frameworks, prototype new capabilities, and collaborate with researchers to publish findings and produce technical documentation.

The role emphasizes translating research into real‑world impact, partnering with product and engineering teams while maintaining rigorous experimentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and building production‑quality systems.
• Experience developing agentic or autonomous AI systems.
• Familiarity with latest agentic AI research, LLM architectures, planning, or autonomous reasoning.
• Ability to design and run experiments evaluating AI models or agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems with autonomous reasoning and planning.
