Responsibilities

• Designs and trains models with network data. Fine-tunes models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and other use cases

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr exp in Agentic AI development
• Demonstrable experience with major Agentic Frameworks (e.g., Langgraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, A2A, AutoGen) or similar
• Proficiency in developing and managing MCP Servers with minimum of 1-3 years of development exp
• Min 1 yr exp in Agentic AI development
• Min 5yrs exp in AI/ML model development
• Telecom OSS understanding
• Telecom service Assurance (PM, FM, SM, AD, CP) understanding
• Exp with IBM Watson X
• Good understanding of React.js and Node.js
• Experience with workflow engines like Ansible, Temporal, n8n, Langgraph
• Experience: 5-10 yrs

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
• Final compensation will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience. Eligible for Wipro\'s standard benefits including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
