West Monroe seeks an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions on Google Cloud. The role combines AI strategy, hands-on software engineering, and delivery leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

The candidate will drive secure, scalable, production-ready AI platforms, mentor teams, and engage with executives to translate business goals into measurable outcomes. Seattle-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or platform engineering delivering enterprise applications.
• 3+ years architecting and implementing solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript and building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, ADK, and related AI platforms.
• Experience designing or implementing agentic AI solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AI architecture and technical delivery lead, translating business strategy into a Google Cloud roadmap and architecture.
• Design scalable AI solutions using Gemini enterprise Agent Platform and related tools.
• Architect cloud-native apps using GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and data services.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish engineering standards for quality, security, and production readiness.
• Mentor teams and develop reusable engineering patterns and accelerators.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
