Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a senior AI leader with 10+ years in software engineering and 4+ years delivering AI/GenAI in production. You will steer architecture for Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and orchestration, hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK, MCP, and modern cloud platforms.

You will guide AI engineering teams, lead customer consulting, and design scalable enterprise architectures, aiming for an AI Practice Lead and Director of AI Engineering & Platforms path.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years delivering AI/GenAI in production.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK, and MCP.
• Full-stack development: Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, APIs, enterprise apps.
• Experience with vector DBs, enterprise search, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, LLMOps, observability, security, and enterprise arch.
• GCP Vertex AI/Gemini preferred; Azure/AWS valuable. Proven leadership in architecture & client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Direct AI engineering and customer consulting teams to deliver production systems.
• Own governance, observability, security, and scalable enterprise architectures.
• Drive initiative toward AI Practice Lead and Director of AI Engineering & Platforms roles.

Job description
