Job summary

SID Global Solutions seeks an seasoned software and AI engineering leader to drive architecture, strategy and delivery of GenAI solutions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across product, engineering and consulting to design scalable AI platforms and exemplify governance and security best practices.

With 10+ years in software and 4+ years in production AI, you will own AI engineering leadership, client advisory engagements and the expansion of AI platforms, while mentoring teams toward

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, RAG and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK and MCP.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK, and MCP.
• Full-stack development expertise in Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with vector databases, enterprise search, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, LLMOps, observability, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with GCP/Vertex AI/Gemini is highly preferred; Azure and AWS experience is also valuable.
• Proven ability to lead architecture, customer consulting, solution design, and AI engineering teams.
