Job summary

Oracle Health's Customer Success organization seeks an Agentic Adoption Leader to drive adoption of Oracle Healthcare AI Agents across the U.S. and global markets.

You will own program strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer insights into scalable adoption playbooks. The role partners with Product, Consulting, Sales, and CS leadership to align roadmaps, measure value realization, and support renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in program management, customer success, or product ops in tech.
  • Experience with AI Agents and SaaS delivery is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional adoption programs.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and regulation desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Oracle Healthcare AI Agents Adoption Program and strategy for healthcare customers.

Job Description

As anAgentic Adoption Leader at Oracle, you will lead complex, cross-functional adoption initiatives forOracle Healthcare AI Agentswithin theCustomer Success organization. This role operates with a high level of ownership and accountability and is responsible for defining program strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable adoption plans and customer outcomes at scale.

You will serve as a strategic connector between Product Management, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring alignment from product readiness through post-sale adoption, expansion, and renewals. You will build the customer journey from onboarding through activation and beyond to set the customer up for success. You will also be accountable for building the adoption plans,key metrics with product and the Value Realization team, to measure successful adoption and value realization. Acting as the program owner, you will define and operationalize scalable adoption frameworks, strategic programs, processes, and playbooks that enable CSMs to communicate and drive customer adoption consistently across U.S. and global healthcare markets.

This role is accountable for analyzing customer adoption data, identifying systemic gaps, and translating insights into actionable programs that improve engagement and value realization. You will influence roadmap alignment, onboarding approaches, and enablement strategies by partnering closely with Product and Customer Success leadership.

The Agentic Adoption Leader directly impactscustomer satisfaction, renewal and expansion performance, and long-term revenue growthby scaling adoption across a growing portfolio of AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role plays a critical part in enabling the Customer Success organization to deliver repeatable, referenceable success and to support Oracle’s strategic objectives in healthcare AI.

This strategic position is critical to ensure Oracle customers achieve maximum value from their investments in AI Agents, driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth.

The Customer Success management organization is intended to be a catalyst for maximizing the value of Oracle Health’s solutions. As such, success managers should help unlock the full potential of Oracle Health by focusing on business outcomes. Indeed, the Customer Success Managers play a key role in driving business outcomes across: (1) customer, (2) product, (3) consulting, and (4) sales.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead theOracle Healthcare AI Agents Adoption Program and strategyfor both new and existing healthcare customers, driving adoption across pilot, testing, and post-sale phases.

Own and drivecross-functional adoption initiatives, partnering with Product, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to develop scalable programs, processes, and playbooks.

Leveragecustomer data, insights, and CSM feedbackto design targeted strategies that improve adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Act as aprimary liaison between Customer Success, Value Realization Analytics and Product teams, ensuring a continuous feedback loop that informs product enhancements and adoption improvements.

Drive customer engagement to ensure high levels ofAI Agent integration and utilization, supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term value realization.

Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that increaseproduct adoption, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.

Tailor adoption strategies to meetU.S. healthcare market requirements, while supporting global adoption across diverse regions.

Define and trackKPIs, success metrics, and milestonesrelated to onboarding, adoption, and program effectiveness, report progress and insights to leadership.

Design and lead the rollout ofnew AI Agents, features, and process improvementsacross the Customer Success organization.

Coordinatetraining, enablement, and communicationsfor internal teams and customers to support successful adoption.

Proactively identifyrisks, dependencies, and blockers, and lead mitigation efforts through strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Partner withProduct Managers and Customer Success leadershipto align on strategic priorities and translate them into executable, outcome-driven adoption initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

6+ years of experiencein Program Management, Customer Success, Product Operations, or Adoption-focused roles within a technology company; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Experience with AI Agents and Models in SaaS delivery models is strongly preferred.

Proven track record ofleading cross-functional programs or initiativesthat drive customer adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Strong knowledge of theU.S. healthcare market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability todesign, implement, and scale adoption and engagement programsacross customer lifecycles.

Experience supporting or scalingAI-powered or SaaS solutionsis highly desirable.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience leveragingcustomer data, metrics, and KPIsto drive outcomes and inform strategy.

Excellent communication, collaboration, andstakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to managemultiple complex initiativesin a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience supportingglobal programsand adapting strategies for non-U.S. markets is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required;MBA or equivalent experienceis a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
