Capgemini is seeking a hands-on Agentforce & Data Cloud Architect to own and optimize the intelligence layer of our Salesforce-powered platform. You will lead architecture, develop solutions, and troubleshoot data ingestion, grounding, and security across the Data Cloud foundations.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, Flow and Apex experience, and strong credentials in agent-based AI solutions. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver scalable Salesforce AI solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong architecture and implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Deep Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and implementation knowledge.
• Experience with data ingestion, mapping, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval.

This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and improving agent performance across data, access, grounding, retrieval, instructions, actions, and platform configurations.This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to build, configure, test, and deploy solutions directly.
