Kastle is building AI agents for financial services. We partner with major banks to deploy autonomous AI that processes payments, originates loans, and enhances customer experiences.

You will lead high-impact deployments, shape AI roadmaps with executives, and translate customer needs into scalable AI solutions while ensuring adoption and retention across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-stakes engagements.
• Ability to translate customer needs into production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong storytelling and influence with C-suite and senior execs in banking.
• Background in product management or startup operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end: scope requirements, customize agents, define success metrics, manage the roadmap, and drive customers from signed contract through full production adoption.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to C-suite at major banks—shape AI roadmaps and drive deployment decisions.
• Translate customer requirements into production-grade AI systems with engineering to build, test, and iterate on agents.
• Monitor account health via usage data, surface risks early, and drive retention and expansion actions.

About the Role

You’re joining at a serious inflection point. Our usage has grown 40x in the last 6 months and our Forward Deployed PM Team is our highest impact group that shapes how customers use and gain value from our product.

You will partner closely with customers to guide deployments, support adoption and ensure they have the tools and insight they need to achieve the correct outcomes. At Kastle we're redefining how bank employees work and this role is critical to that mission.

What You’ll Do

• Own deployments end-to-end: scope requirements, customize agents, define success metrics, manage the roadmap, and drive customers from signed contract through full production adoption

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite and senior executives at major financial institutions and banks — shaping AI roadmaps, leading steering forums, and driving the decisions that determine how AI gets deployed across their operations

• Translate customer requirements into production-grade AI systems — working directly with engineering to build, test, and iterate on agents handling millions of customer interactions

• Monitor account health through usage telemetry, surface risk early, and execute retention and expansion plays before problems escalated

• Build durable executive relationships and lead high-stakes conversations around compliance risk, operational redesign, systems integration, and borrower experience transformation

• Partner with engineering to submit crisp, data-backed product feedback that translates customer friction into roadmap improvements

• Help define the playbooks, hiring bar, and operating standards that will scale the Agent Success function as Kastle grows

What You'll Bring

We're looking for people who have owned complex, high-stakes engagements and are ready to move from advising on strategy to being accountable for its execution. Strong candidates typically come from one of these backgrounds:

• Engagement Managers or Senior Consultants from MBB consulting firms who have led enterprise transformation programs and are ready to own outcomes rather than advise on them

• Former founders and Startup Operators who have built from zero, thrive in ambiguity, and understand what it takes to earn trust with enterprise customers

• Technical Product Managers who have run complex, multi-stakeholder deployments at product-focused or infrastructure technology companies and want to operate at a higher level of strategic ownership.

Great to Have

• Are familiar with Agentic AI deployments in large organizations

• Have experience in a high-growth startup environment

• Have a bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or similar fields
