OPUS is seeking a highly organized Agent Assistant to support our growing roster of leading hair, makeup and styling talent. You will work directly with the founder, manage schedules, bookings, travel and logistics in a fast-paced fashion/beauty environment.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities across celebrity, editorial, press, and live events.

Qualifications

Job description

OPUS is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Agent Assistant to work directly with me and support our growing roster of leading hair, makeup and styling talent.

This is a fast-paced role at the center of the fashion, beauty and entertainment industries, working across celebrity, red carpet, editorial, advertising, press, music and live events.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, an excellent communicator, extremely organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the agent/management side of the business and grow within OPUS.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include assisting with artist bookings and schedules, client communication, travel and logistics, deal memos, and general day-to-day support across a roster of top-level glam artists and stylists.

Qualifications

Previous experience at a talent agency, management company, production company, PR agency or within the fashion/beauty industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in artist representation are a big plus.
