Crane Agency in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Agency Training Specialist to design and deliver training on procedures, Applied EPIC workflows, and Microsoft 365 applications. You will create classroom and online courses, develop materials, and build tests to ensure staff competency while keeping training up-to-date and troubleshooting tech issues.
You’ll partner with management to identify needs, support adoption of changes, and assist with upgrades and software testing.

As our Agency Training Specialist, you'll create and run sessions that cover everything from our best practices, formalized Applied EPIC (AMS) workflows, and all necessary third-party software. You'll help develop both classroom and online courses, craft materials and even build tests to ensure everyone's catching on. Plus, you'll keep our training up-to-date and troubleshoot any tech issues that pop up along the way.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Chesterfield, MO 63017; Hybrid.
