The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) Interagency Missions Division (IA) is made up of two distinct teams. The IA Project Delivery Team, which oversees the implementation of vertical design and construction projects for agencies throughout the City, and The DOTI Facilities Planning Team, which centralizes the advocacy of DOTI’s own facilities’ physical space needs and asset management approach. This position is seeking an Agency Project Coordinator on the DOTI Facilities Team to represent multiple DOTI Divisions in their improvements to the physical working environment in which DOTI employees operate. • Coordination with other agencies in shared spaces to identify the highest and best use of the space for Citywide objectives

  • Serve as main point of contact between DOTI Divisions and IA Delivery Team. Facilitates effective communication and manages all project-related correspondence.

This is an opportunity to leverage good work that has already been accomplished and to build upon a great project management team, responsible for facilitating the planning, programming, design, new construction, and renovations of City buildings and facilities.

You will successfully lead by bringing and implementing ideas that will increase collaboration, performance, innovation, and accountability to our team, to our stakeholders and to our customer agencies as you deliver projects on their behalf.
